I ordered a few aerial toppers and unfortunately Royal Mail lost them or delivered to wrong address. I contacted aerial balls and advised after 10 days I still hadn’t received my order and they were very helpful. They replaced missing order and it was with me within days. I appreciated the personal approach their customer service offers.. Rather than officious and cold replies of other companies.
